Hi, I’m Tiffany McMackin — born and raised in the Pacific Northwest with deep roots in real estate, construction, and design. My love for homes began early, helping my family maintain apartment buildings my grandfather built in Seattle. That hands-on start grew into a background in construction, home design, and buying and selling properties, eventually leading me to launch my real estate career in 2020 while living in downtown Coeur d’Alene.

Today, I live off-grid on five peaceful acres between Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint.
